PROFILE
Alina Pavlova’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Ms. Pavlova has experience representing securities broker-dealers, insurance companies, financial services companies, publicly-traded corporations, and privately-held companies against securities fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and business tort claims in federal and state courts, AAA, and FINRA nationwide.
Ms. Pavlova has experience in taking cases through each phase of litigation: from motion practice at the pleading stage, to adjudicating claims on summary judgment, to conducting depositions and examinations at trial. In defending clients, she has secured dismissal with prejudice of numerous complaints, never letting a case develop beyond the initial filing.
