PROFILE
Alexander P. Davis’s practice focuses on civil litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters in state and federal court. His experience includes high stakes international business disputes, as well as actions related to fraud, defamation, real estate, professional negligence and breach of contract.
With a background as an operator in the hospitality industry, Mr. Davis takes a pragmatic, client-focused approach to litigation. He recognizes that the definition of a “win” is different in every case, and he ensures that any actions taken align with, and advance his clients’ ultimate goals.
